3 Day Return / Exchange Policy

If you’re returning a product because it is defective or the wrong item, please consider exchanging it. Since many of our items are vintage and/or one of a kind, a similar product replacement may be arranged.  If you have any questions about the product you ordered, please reach out to us at contact@demihaus.com.

Returns / Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

• The product is defective and does not function correctly.
• The product was damaged when you received it.
• The wrong product was sent. 

We only accept returns for unused items in original condition. Unfortunately if your item has been used, we cannot accept it as a return.

Item must be returned within 3 days of receipt, with all original packaging and accessories (if included in your order).

In the event the item you ordered is received damaged, please email us photos of the item and the packaging as it was received so we can file a claim immediately with the shipping company. DemiHaus is not liable for any lost or stolen orders after the item is shipped to the customer.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the item back to us. If the product is returned broken as a result of improper packing, then you will be charged in full for the item.

Products being returned must have a valid return authorization. Please email contact@demihaus.com to confirm authorization before sending your product back to us.

We recommend retaining the package tracking number and receipt as proof of shipment as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if it does not meet with our returns policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds are made using the same method you used to pay for your order.

In the event a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total of your order amount.

Refunds will be processed within five business days from the day we receive the returned item(s).

Shipping

All our items are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx with tracking information provided upon ordering. 

Packages are insured for the full item value. 

Items are packed with bubble wrap, paper and other protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
